The day began softly on the Southeast edge of the harbor of Acadia National Park, in a quiet Airbnb where Lauren and Matt had been staying, surrounded by the gentle hum of their family. Morning unfolded slowly- like mist rising off the sea- a peaceful rhythm of laughter, coffee, and getting ready details.

With hearts light and spirits calm, we made our way to the shore, capturing fleeting moments- buttons fastened, hair brushed back, the subtle beauty moments before saying “I do”.
Then to Sand Beach, one of my personal favorite spots in Acadia, time seemed to pause. Beneath the wide sky and salt-kissed breeze, Lauren and Matt shared a private first look – eyes meeting, hands held tight, they exchanged their vows, just the two of them and the ocean listening.
Soon after, Lauren turned to greet her father, and on that same stretch of sand, their first look was a tender echo of all the years behind them.
Then we made our way to the ceremony spot- a path carved through the dunes, where the wind danced through coastal trees, and mountains stood quietly in the distance.
Lauren walked down the aisle of sand, each step drawing her closer to Matt, who stood waiting, eyes full of light, surrounded by loved ones and the soft breath of the sea.

After the vows and cheers, we ventured into the wild beauty of Oceans Path- hiking along sunlit rocks and whispering forest trails, where ocean waves met granite cliffs and the world felt endless.
As the day slipped into golden hour, we reached Otters Cliffs. The sky flamed in hues of fire and rose, and with the sun setting behind them, Lauren and Matt stood together- two souls wrapped in light, at the edge of the world, just beginning their forever.
